Two Sevens Evolution

So… here we are, a website.. a blog..

I know it’s taken some time, but running a small business on your own can get a tad busy.

In a few months it’ll be a year since I got the keys to 16 Friars Street and what a strange, exciting and stressful learning curve it’s been.

But along the way I’ve met so many brilliant, enthusiastic and positive people (if you are reading this you are one of these people)

Customers have become friends & seeing a regular opening the door is a joy & a small victory,it feels as if we’re building a community of like minded souls.

Wine Clubs have sold out, folk find something new on the shelves and fall in love (nut butter becomes an obsession)

But now we need to evolve , next month our hours will change , I’m condensing the Deli to 3 days a week, the late night Fridays & Saturdays will remain , along with Wine Club & other events.

New tables are coming in to accommodate more bums on seats & we’re leaning into what we do well ,which is being a “nice place to hang out”.

I hope you all understand the need for these changes & look forward to seeing you at Two Sevens soon.
